Pulverized materials with a moisture content of approximately 60% to 80% are fed into the drum through a conveyor belt to achieve downstream drying. Under the action of the inner shovel plate, the material is continuously taken away and moved in a spiral forward movement. The heat exchange between the material and the hot air medium is achieved through the three layers (inner, middle and outer layers). The material that achieves the drying effect moves forward quickly and is discharged from the roller. The wet material that has not yet reached the drying effect is due to its own weight. It does not move quickly and is completely dry in the control path to achieve a drying effect. After the entire drying process is completed, the material is discharged through the screw conveyor, and a vibration cleaning device is installed inside the drum to prevent the material from adhering to the cylinder wall.
