Food waste, also called the kitchen waste, is the generic terms of leftovers, dining table waste and kitchen waste. Its main ingredients are rice, flour, starch types, bone, meat, oil, skin, thorn, scales, etc. It richly contains nutrient substance (such as vitamins, starch, protein, fat, dietary fiber, fatty acid, sugar, salt, etc) and mineral substances (such as calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, and iron, etc). Food waste is suitable for being used as feed after being processed.
This food waste system crush material firstly, which is convenient for subsequent dehydration. and If the moisture of the food waste is higher than 75%-85%, which needs the dehydration machine to reduce the moisture to 62-65%, to reduce the burder of the dryer, then goes into the drying process, the final moisture of the dried food waste can reach 12-15%.
The food and kitchen waste dryer is suitable for drying materials such as municipal solid waste, organic waste, food scraps, vegetable waste, and kitchen waste. It is widely used in sectors such as agriculture, the food service industry, and municipal waste management.
This system crush food waste firstly, which is convenient for subsequent dehydration. Then food waste after dehydration is feed into the dryer.
In addition, during the high temperature drying process, it inactivates the harmful microbe inside the material. Setting up individual sterilization technology is not required, which simplifies the material processing process, saves energy required in individual sterilization.
After drying and sterilization, it can be processed into pellet feed, which is convenient for feed product packing, transportation and use.
Beside, during the processing process, we can add proper feed additive according to material characteristic and feed nutritional requirement, thus adjusting the feed satisfying nutritional requirement, and helpful to scientific feeding livestock.
1. Cost Saving & High Efficiency
Compared with the single rotary dryer, the floor space of the spent grain dryer is reduced by about 50%, and the investment reduced by about 40%;
The thermal efficiency of the dryer is as high as 70% (the thermal efficiency of the traditional single rotary dryer is only 35%).
2. Internal Crusher & No clogging
A special crush and lifting device was installed inner the dryer, which can prevent the material from sticking to the wall and scorching effectively.
3. Adjustable Parameters
The material flow speed was controlled by frequency conversion; and the final moisture can be easily controlled to meet the needs of users.
4. Well Sealed & Energy Saving
The equipment features a tight seal and excellent thermal insulation, which not only minimizes heat loss from within the drum but also prevents the escape of flue gas and dust, ensuring a clean and tidy production environment.
5. Multiple Heating Source Choice
Multiple heating source can be used, such as gas, oil, wood, biomass, PLG, etc.
