lntroduction

Humic acid is a macromolecular organic substance widely found in nature and is widely used in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, medicine and health, and other fields.
The humic acid dryer developed by our company adopts steam drying, conducting heat in the dryer drum. Through low-temperature heat exchange, it quickly evaporates water in the humic acid with a water content of 95%~80%. The moisture content of humic acid after drying can be less than 12%.
The humic acid dryer system is designed with a preheating box, which uses steam heating. The heat is transferred from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall of the drum, and then passes through the material film. It has high thermal efficiency and can be operated continuously.
This single drum scraper dryer can be used for drying pastes and viscous materials with high water content (eg. 95%~80%) such as humic acid, potassium humate, potassium fulvic acid, sodium fulvic acid, ammonium salt, etc.

System

The humic acid is fed into the soaking tank at the bottom of the dryer through the feed pump and then covers the surface of the rotary dryer in a thin film state. Steam is introduced into the drum dryer to heat the surface of the drum, so that the heat is transferred to the raw material film. The dried humic acid is scraped off by the scraper and falls to the discharge port for collection. The degree of drying of the material is controlled by adjusting the steam pressure and the speed of the drum. The condensed water in the dryer is sucked out by the siphon, and the secondary steam is recycled through the coil at the bottom of the preheating tank.
