In mid-July, the production of 2 sets of large-scale yeast dryers manufacturered by our company for Asian customers came to an end. At present, the yeast dryer has been successfully assembled and entered the trial run.

The beer yeast steam drum dryer is suitable for drying yeast slurry and various liquid, paste and viscous materials. It is heated by low-temperature steam. When heated, the heat is transferred from the inner wall of the drum to the outer wall of the drum and then passes through the material film. The yeast dryer features with high thermal efficiency is and can be operated continuously. The system is designed with a preheating box and after the steam is liquefied, it is discharged from the inside of the dryer by internal pressure.
