Chicken Manure Dryer is Being Installed

The installation of the chicken manure rotary dryer project has begun, turning agricultural waste into valuable resources. 

Introduction:

The chicken manure rotary dryer is currently being installed. Once operational, it will process 150 tons of fresh chicken manure daily, transforming it into efficient organic fertilizer and achieving resource utilization of manure.

Installation site

The installed chicken manure rotary dryer uses high-temperature hot air technology and an intelligent temperature control system to reduce the moisture content of chicken manure from 65% to below 15%, simultaneously eliminating harmful pathogens. According to the project manager, the dried chicken manure organic fertilizer can be directly used in farmland, with an annual output reaching 20,000 tons, which is three times more efficient than traditional composting.

Once in production, it will reduce odor pollution from farms and the risk of groundwater contamination, lowering carbon emissions by approximately 8,000 tons annually. The head of the breeding base stated, "After chicken manure rotary dryer is operational, it can save 90,000 dollars in manure treatment costs each year, and organic fertilizer sales can generate over 140,000 dollars in additional income.
