In response to this specific need, our technical team quickly carried out research and experiments, ultimately validating two feasible technical approaches.
One method involves arranging electric heating elements uniformly around the entire inner wall of the drying drum to provide comprehensive and stable auxiliary electric heating.
The other approach involves installing heating elements along the upper half of the drum wall, effectively combining biomass-generated hot air with electric heating to enhance overall thermal flexibility and energy efficiency. Both designs successfully integrate dual heat sources into a single unit, meeting the customer's diverse drying needs.
The successful development of this solution demonstrates our ability to respond proactively to customized client requirements and offers a more energy-efficient and adaptable drying solution for customers across different regions.
